Summary
Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers reunited the Phantom Thieves for a new story set after Persona 5, combining Atlus’s characters and RPG elements with action gameplay developed alongside Koei Tecmo’s Omega Force.
The SteelBook features Joker and Arsène across its exterior, using contrasting blue and red artwork over exposed metallic areas. The interior presents a colourful ensemble illustration of the Phantom Thieves and characters introduced in Scramble.

This SteelBook uses the game’s original Japanese title, Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers. The international release followed in 2021 under the shortened title Persona 5 Strikers.
The reverse carries Atlus, Sega and Koei Tecmo copyright markings together with “NOT FOR SALE”, identifying it as a non-retail bonus item.
