What delivery do you offer?
We offer a speedy Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery with all our items.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days and delivered within 2–4 working days in the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
International tracked delivery typically takes 3–5 working days within Europe and 5–7 working days for most worldwide destinations, although customs processing may occasionally cause delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of your order. If your country is not currently available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
UK customers will not be charged any additional customs duties, import fees or taxes. International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or handling charges imposed by their local authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. All UK and international orders are shipped using tracked services. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
Can I return my item?
Yes. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a return, replacement, or refund.
Can I return the item if I don't like it?
Yes. If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your order.
As a guide, tracked international shipping for a typical CD, Blu-ray or video game usually starts from around £10–£15, depending on the destination.
Larger, heavier or higher-value items may incur higher shipping charges.

1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the Snows Mini Ltd website.
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1.3 We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of order will apply.

2. Products
2.1 All products offered are genuine Japanese imports or pre-owned items sourced by us.
2.2 We do not sell replicas or counterfeit goods.
2.3 Product descriptions and photos are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, packaging or condition may occur, especially on vintage or pre-owned stock.
2.4 Unless stated otherwise, all items should be treated as pre-owned for warranty purposes, even if labelled “NEW”. “NEW” means the item has not been worn or used for its purpose unless for quality control or photography; a manufacturer warranty may or may not be valid.
2.5 All items are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
2.6 From 18 June 2026, Snows Mini Limited has begun the gradual introduction of a standardised condition grading system across its product catalogue. As this change is being implemented progressively, some older listings may not display a condition grade. Where a condition grade is shown, the following definitions apply.
New
Factory sealed or unused.
These items remain in the same condition as when originally sold. Minor storage or shelf wear to outer packaging may occasionally be present, particularly on older stock. Some items may not have retail packaging if they came as promos, not for sale, or part of bigger editions.
Pristine
Collector quality.
Exceptionally well-preserved with little to no visible wear. Complete. For OBI strip, please refer to the listing. Very light shelf or storage wear may be present, especially on vintage items.
Suitable for collectors seeking the best available condition without requiring a factory-sealed or new item.
Very Good
Well cared for and highly presentable.
Items may show minor signs of handling, use, or storage, such as light marks, slight edge wear, or small imperfections to the packaging or contents. Non-essential contents may occasionally be missing. The item remains suitable for most collectors.
Good
Noticeable signs of age and use.
Items may have moderate wear to the packaging, visible marks, creases, scuffs, or scratches. Non-essential contents may occasionally be missing.
Most items remain attractive and collectable in this condition.
Acceptable
Significant wear or incomplete contents.
Items may have substantial cosmetic wear, damage, heavy markings, or missing contents. These items are often listed because they remain desirable, uncommon, or difficult to source despite their condition.
2.7 Condition grading is based on the cosmetic condition of the item and its packaging. Unless explicitly stated in the product listing, items are not routinely tested.
2.8 Product listings may also contain additional information regarding notable inclusions, omissions, defects, bonus contents, Obi strips, slipcases, manuals, or other item-specific characteristics. Such information forms part of the product description and should be considered alongside the condition grade.

3. Prices & Payment
3.1 All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
3.2 Payment is taken in full at checkout.
3.3 We may correct pricing errors prior to dispatch. You will be notified and may cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery
4.1 UK delivery is between £2.99 (inc VAT) and £4.99 (inc VAT) per order depending on item size.
4.2 Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
4.3 Tracking details are provided once shipped.
4.4 We ship to selected international destinations. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the order. If a customer’s country is not currently available at checkout, they are welcome to contact us and we will do our best to arrange delivery.

5. Customs & Import Duties
5.1 All items are imported into the UK by us with duty and VAT paid where appropriate.
5.2 UK customers will not incur any extra customs charges.
5.3 International buyers are responsible for any local taxes or import duties.

6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Customers may return items in accordance with this section. Additional rights apply where items are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
6.2 Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days from the day the item is received in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6.3 For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned unused, complete, and in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return postage and insurance.
6.4 Where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover return postage.
6.4A International customers are also entitled to return eligible items within the applicable return period. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, the customer is responsible for all return postage costs, customs charges, taxes, duties, and any other expenses associated with returning the item.
6.5 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days (typically within 5 working days) of receipt and inspection. Refunds will include the original item price and standard outbound delivery charge where applicable.
6.6 We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds where returned items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or where original seals, packaging, or collectible value have been compromised.

7. Cancellations
7.1 Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.

8. Warranty
8.1 If a manufacturer warranty booklet is included, this will be stated on the product page.
8.2 Items should be treated as pre-owned for warranty purposes, even if listed as “NEW”. Manufacturer warranties, when present, are not guaranteed to be valid.
8.3 All products are guaranteed authentic and functional at the time of sale.

13. Proxy & Import Service
13.1 We offer a proxy purchasing and import service for items requested by customers from third-party suppliers (typically based in Japan).
13.2 This service is separate from standard webshop purchases. We act as an intermediary to acquire and import goods on your behalf.

Ordering Process
13.3 Customers must provide a valid product link or clear item description.
13.4 We reserve the right to accept or decline any proxy request at our discretion. Not all suppliers or platforms are supported. Upon receiving a link or request, we will confirm whether we are able to assist before proceeding.
13.5 Before any purchase is made, we will confirm:
• item price (in GBP, converted from local currency where applicable)
• estimated domestic Japanese shipping (if known)
13.6 Full pre-payment of the item cost is required before we place the order.
13.7 Exchange rates are based on the rate available to us at the time of purchase. Minor variations may occur due to currency fluctuations and payment provider charges.
13.8 Once payment is received and the order is placed, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

Shipping & Additional Costs
13.9 Total delivery costs are calculated after the item arrives at our UK premises.
13.10 Additional charges may include:
• domestic shipping within Japan
• international shipping to the UK
• UK delivery to the customer
• import VAT (currently 20%)
• any applicable customs duties
13.11 Customers must pay all additional charges before the item is dispatched to them.
13.12 We will provide a breakdown of costs in good faith. Final amounts may vary depending on courier rates, package size/weight, and handling requirements.

Commission
13.13 A service fee applies per order as follows:
• £12 (including VAT) minimum per order; or
• 5% of the item price plus VAT for orders where the item value exceeds £200
13.14 The applicable fee will be confirmed before purchase.
13.15 We reserve the right to adjust the service fee for complex, bulky, fragile, or high-risk orders. This will always be agreed in advance.

VAT & Import Treatment
13.16 Import VAT will be applied at the applicable UK rate (currently 20%) based on the total landed cost (including item price and shipping).
13.17 Where applicable, VAT will be shown separately in the final invoice.

Returns & Cancellations (Proxy Orders)
13.18 Proxy orders are non-refundable once the item has been purchased from the supplier.
13.19 We are not responsible for:
• supplier defects not disclosed in the listing
• condition discrepancies typical of pre-owned goods
• manufacturer warranty limitations on imported items
13.20 If an item arrives damaged in transit, we will assist with courier claims where possible but cannot guarantee outcomes.

Abandoned Orders
13.21 If a customer fails to pay the outstanding balance (including shipping, VAT, and other charges) within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to:
• cancel the order; and/or
• resell the item to recover costs
13.22 Any shortfall after resale may be pursued. Any surplus will be refunded to the customer.

13.24 Our liability in relation to proxy orders shall not exceed the total amount paid directly to Snows Mini Limited in respect of the order, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
