How do you ensure my Heuchera plants arrive in perfect condition?
We carefully hand-pack each Heuchera plant using breathable packaging materials that protect roots and foliage during transit. All plants are shipped in their nursery pots with damp compost to maintain moisture, and we dispatch orders early in the week to avoid weekend delays. Each parcel includes a care note, and we use trusted courier services with tracking to ensure your plant arrives promptly and in excellent condition, ready to thrive in your garden.
What happens if I'm not completely happy with my order?
We want you to be completely happy with your Snows Mini order. If your plant or pot arrives damaged, unhealthy, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and brief description. We’ll do our best to put things right — this may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue.
Do you accept returns for live plants?
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Where do you currently deliver to?
We currently deliver only to mainland UK. Orders placed outside this area (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands) will be cancelled and refunded.
Are there any exceptions for refunds on delicate Heuchera varieties?
Certain delicate or rare Heuchera varieties may be excluded from refunds if damage occurs due to delays or mishandling after dispatch. These are packaged with extra care, but their fragile nature may limit our ability to offer replacements.
What is your policy on custom-designed pots?
Custom-designed or personalised decorative pots are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How do you package pots to protect them during delivery?
We use sturdy, double-walled cardboard boxes combined with biodegradable void fill, protective wrap, and cushioning materials to ensure each pot is well protected during transit. Pots are individually wrapped and secured to prevent movement and impact. Where necessary, we use internal dividers or custom-cut padding to add extra protection for both the pots and the plants. All packaging is selected with both safety and sustainability in mind.
